Burning sensation at times

Asked for Female, 28 Years

Im facing burning sensation in the throat and suddenly a sharp pain at the backside of chest at times, just for few seconds and it goes away. Happening at times only. Is this related to Gastritis.. What care needs to be taken and how to avoid? As I'm having a toddler my food time is irregular. Please help

It could be laryngopharyngeal reflux ( acid reflux) ,but you need ENT examination to rule out other disorders
