Burning sensation and feeling of peeing
Hi doctor, i am a 22 years old female , a medical student itself in my final year, I had an abortion my medications less than a month ago,so after medication I bled for almost 10 days,now it’s been 4 or 5 days no bleeding,now since 2 days I am having a burning sensation in my vagina and a feeling of micturition and when I go for it I feel like incomplete voiding of bladder,it’s so disturbing. get a usg to rule out rpoc. also get a culture sensitivity so that we know which antibiotic to start ...till then drink lots of fluids...sup cital uti three times a day ...novefos sachet with water at bedtime after giving urine for culture.
