Burning pain in Upper back
I have been severely restricting calories for 4 weeks,but I'm not under weight I dropped from 85kgs to 65kgs I'm 5'5 in that 4 weeks, I abuse laxatives but now I'm tired all the time but the constant burning in my back muscles is awful, it does not subside no matter how I sit or lie, is this due to malnutrition and what causes this how do I stop it

Incorrect diet and abuse of laxatives can create a lot of nutritional deficiencies, which can cause weakness. If you have to alter your diet then you need to see a dietician and get proper advice. The abuse of laxatives has to stop. You also need to exercise to build muscle strength, which helps in controlling back pain.
