Burning/Hot feel when wearing shoe
When i wear shoe, i feel burning sensation on bridge part of feet and sometime one or two toes but not all. As soon as i take off the shoes, leg gets air and feel relaxed and that sensation suddenly will go away , at night if i wear a heavy blanket i feel heat going out of my feet. This has been happening since 10 weeks Few days i have muscle pain, but nothing after. We have waiting period for consulting neurologist here. I have consulted GP here and he checked my July medical report and suggested me to take B12 injections and VitaminD3 14000 IU. But i have not seen much difference. Wearing shoes still same for me.. in the morning i wont feel but after 1 hr same repeats.. please help me i am in remote location. I am planning to travel but it will take another 3 weeks.. please tell me what happen to me. I searched in web and went to complete depression.. Thank you in advance

Tingling toes with use of shoes could be due to many reasons ,the common one is tight fitting shoes and socks, while other causes are neuritis , peripheral neuropathy , entrapment of nerves, deficiency of vitamin b12 etc .Simplest way is to opt for comfortable shoes and socks.Yoou can also try using magnesium 400 mg once daily for a few days and apply capsin gel twice daily.If no relief consult with a neurologist
