Burning at times after peeing
I have few red spots on my glans and the uretherical opening is kinda swollen , have been using coconut oil since 3 weeks condition has improved but not gone totally , whenever I wear tight clothes , it burns after I pee ( not when I pee, couple times a day if I wear tight jeans ) , no pain whatsoever , ...any cream that can be used ? Could it be prostatitis
