Burning and mild itching at back of neck

Asked for Female, 30 Years

Hello Doc, I have burning sensation and mild itching at back of my neck since a week. There are no red or black round rashes. I had Tinea in my pubic region 2 months back. Please let know from the attachments if it's ringworm on my neck. I am worried. Please advise.
