Burn Scar Pain

Boiling Water fell on my chest when I was 3 years old and now I am 18. Now after so many years my burn scar hurts. Not very painful but weird feeling. If any cloth rubs even slightly the scar becomes irritated and there is a stabbing pain for half an hour. It feels weird. Sometimes I feel stabbing pains even without any stimulus. Is it a cause for concern. I have attached picture. My whole left chest is burned but this is the place which hurts the most. This is the picture of the time when it was hurting.
