  4. Burn blisters : ointment/bandage? It?

Burn blisters : ointment/bandage ?
While cooking last night, oil spill on my forearm. Around 4-5 blisters have come up in scattered areas on my forehead. I had immediately cleaned up and applied toothpaste. Should I apply any ointment on the blisters or bandage it ?
