Hello amitabh , opioid withdrawal can be severe and its understandable . But the OST (opioid substitution therapy) that you're receiving is for harm reduction due to illicit drugs and reducing withdrawal. But if you have any queries regarding the number of medication you're receiving or any unwarranted side effects , you should communicate with the doctor.
