Bumps on labia minora. For reference.

I have bumps on my right side of the labia minora. 3 years ago I noticed it for the first time when I had severe vaginal itching. I went to an OB GYN she gave me meds and the itching went away( I thought the bumps were gone too I didn't check). The Itching is a recurrent issue in my case I have talked to so many docs but I have not found any permanent solution. So this time  when it recurred I checked it again and realized that my itching happens only in that area and the bumps are still there. Even though after using meds I do feel relieved from the severe itching. I still feel discomfort in that area. That feeling never goes away. I am quite scared at this point. I don't know if this is something really major. Also I am sexually active. Attaching a photo for reference.
