Bump in between my toes

There's this bump in between my toe, that I thought was an cyst, but it looks like it formed a "scab" but is also coming out of my skin.

Hi, if possible send pics of affected area. Is it painful if yes it might be hair root infection. If it is not painful than it is some kind of cyst and the reason might be sweat.
