Bulky Uterus, Endometrial thickness 14.7
My Mom is having continuous bleeding since last 8 days doctor has recommended her OvraL L and methergin. The sonography report shows following details. Anteverted, bulky uterus measuring 12.4×8.3×6.1cm, Endometrial thickness measures 14.7mm. 4.0×3.7cm sized intramural homogeneously hypoechoic lesion with multiple small follicles in both ovaries. What should we do about it? is surgery the only best option or can it be treated with medication?
