  4. Bulgum in throat. Should i be worried?

Bulgum in throat
Cough/bulging gets accumulated in my throat quite often. At any moment of time if I close my nostrils one by one, I find one of the two nostrils, sometimes the left one and sometimes the right one, has some problem in breathing which is not recognisable with both of my nostrils open. Why does this happen? Should I be worried?
