My right eye has been protruding or bulging for about 4 months.it feels sore to touch,the eyelid,and throbs at times..I've had my thyroid checked not problem with it.Im 52 years old . What could be wrong with it??

A protruding/bulging eye could have many reasons, thyroid disease is only one of the causes. It's advise to go to an orbit and oculoplasty specialist for the checkup and he/she may guide you better.
