Pyrethroid poisoning.
1st day after 4 hours of ingestion vomited once and loose stool 2 times.Amount was less. 2nd day I had 98° fever and right side chest pain. People are calling it a gas pain. 3rd day I still have the chest pain but only when I move or breathe deeply. I went to the emergency two times and they said I am fine. However I am still worried since doctors in our country are not good .How to know perfectly that the poison is gone from my body?

First and foremost, was the poison ingested or sprayed on your body. Pyrethroid poisoning mostly leads to neurological symptoms and body surface absorption is slow. Symptoms could be a result of organophosphate poisoning commonly found in a mixture with pyrethroid in bug sprays. The only confirmatory test is cholinesterase assay which can only be done at a hospital and takes time. The doctors must have assessed your condition and discharged you since no further management like respiratory support was necessary. The pain in your abdomen could be from the irritation of your stomach lining too if it was ingested.
Next Steps
stay calm and reach a hospital in case symptoms aggravate. I see your location is Dhaka, so unfortunately I'm not aware of any hospital that I can suggest you to go to.
