Hi. I’m a 33 year old female in good health. Today I found a small round black bug in my underwear. It quickly crawled away. I’m of course nervous. Nothing like this has happened before. I felt a little itchy today but that could be because of nerves. Please advise.

If the bug has bitten you and if there's any change in the skin, I would advise you to visit the ER so that you can be examined and treated accordingly. But apart from that if you don't develop any symptoms and if the itching resolves, you don't have anything to worry about.
