My 2 week old baby is having saliva filled in the mouth most of the time, is it normal? He has tongue tie, but feeds well, hence doc has advised to address the tongue tie issue after 6 months. I need to understand the bubbly saliva issue. Pls help

If breathing is normal no need to worry, in case bubbly saliva increase, or difficulty in swallowing then physically consult, for tongue tie need to do surgery as child might have delayed speech
