Bruises on shins
Bumps and bruises appearing all along front of shin, more reddish than bruise colored, 15+ on each leg, appearing for no reason, haven't caused them at all, have continued to appear for 4 days, friend said it could be blood clots, not sure if I need to go to hospital immediately

You need tp gp to hospital immediately, its not a good sign. It can because of lot of conditions. Better you show to some MD medicine or Haematologist.
