My mother is 58 years old working woman. She has this problem since last 2 years. Please check the attached images for reference and suggest treatment.

They may be due to chronic venous insufficiency. It requires leech therapy and regular dressing. Contact nearby Ayurveda centre or govt. B r k r Ayurveda college, erragadda.
