Brown discharge wid blood
I have irregular period cycle but from past 5 months I've been having brown discharge 5 days prior to actually getting my period. 2 months before I had brown discharge with blood for about 10-12 days without a period. last month I had my period heavier than usual, but I thought that was because I did some heavy travelling. and now i'm having the same problem of brown discharge with blood and sometimes clots (had a light bleeding for a day), since past week. I'm not experiencing any pain and otherwise very healthy.
I'm a student, not married and do light walking/jogging about 3 times a week

Hi, this is known as break through bleeding, may be due to hormonal imbalance or due to infection or lack of nutritive factors. So first of all can take good Multivitamin multimineral preparation with small course of antibiotics and antiinflammatory. If not resolved can go for hormone therapy under guidance of good gynecologist.
