Brown discharge at 5 weeks pregnant

Asked for Female, 29 Years

Hi I am undergoing ivf treatment now and had transferred 2 blastocysts grade 1. Blood test is positive and showed bhcg value around 6000. My due scan is on feb 12. At 5th week I noticed brown discharge and got admitted in hospital. Ultrasound was normal with two gestational sacks and yolk sacs. After coming home, brown discharge starts coming and now daily m getting 2 episodes brown discharge while peeing. So Wat will be the cause and what should I do now????
