Broken hearted slightly depress
Ive been broken heated for almost 2 weeks..We broke up because of a comolicated situation.Weve been together for 3 years.. I cant decide if i still stay on my work because he is my workmate too and everytime im.on my work i still remember all the memories weve been shared its hard for me now to aacept what happen ..im so much in pain i always think of it, i skip meals and mostly i think and think all day. I hope u could help me to overcome this.thank you..

We are always here to help u.U have to be determined that u are ready to accept reality and make changes on urself to continue daily life with out any mental weakness.I know it is not easy for u to do work with that person whom u broke up recently, but there is nothing impossible . If u are dont continue that relationship then u have to move on.U cant discontinue ur work.U have to do ur regular work and maintain regular routine like eating,sleeping, etc. It takes time,ots not so easy as i told before but not impossible.
