Bright red blood periodically
Hi doctor, Since last month, i have perodic eposidoe of bright red blood in stool.( attached photp) Sometime, i feel itching, burning or pinching before blood comes but not always. So far i have 20 episode of blood. I saw one general surgeon and e He xamined me physically ( just saw anus area) and said nothing. I am hypochondriac anxiicos person and go to toilet multiple times i day to check if blood comes or not.( even qhen dnt feel loo) Could this be anal cancer?? Please suggest. I did twice stool test ans all came negative. Blood comes at start of stool then it does not in remaining stool. Blood.never falls in toilet seat. It remains stick to stool. I am scared
