The weakness, pale skin is mainly due to the anemia and even now she's anemic and will require iron rich food to try and improve this. She should have an iron supplement if she isn't on it already as the iron levels will reduce. The breathlessness could be due to the fluid overload and increased retention of fluid in the body since she has CKD, so be very careful to follow the water restriction as directed by the nephrologist and you could also take neubulizations to help with this symptom. The gastric difficulty, uneasiness and weakness is because of the acute gastroenteritis these following steps may help: - Don't skip meals, she may not feel like eating but in such conditions she should have food in reduced amount and in frequent intervals(i.e. 3 square meals broken down to 5 or 6 as you can tolerate) and slowly increase as you get better. - Reduce/ Avoid spicy, fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Exercise regularly - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. - Avoid painkillers as it will increase your gastric problems at this moment. These are provisional diagnosis and not confirmed it can only be confirmed with imaging and investigations to support.
