I am living in ghaziabad and here AQI level is 500+ during oct to feb … and from past 2-3 years I was facing chest congestion and breathlessness during this season but very occasionally but this year I am having chest congestion and throat irritation and breathlessness almost every morning along with nose block and when I take montek lc it got me relief

Hello. Hope you are doing well. Yes the worsening air pollution has led to your symptoms. You should always eat a mask while outside and wash face and hands thoroughly after entering home. Also, you should rinse your nose and do a little normal water or lukewarm water if possible. Do take vitamin C chewable tablets daily along with vitamin C rich foods. Continue Montair Lc alongside steam inhalation. Turmeric milk at bedtime.
