Hello Mr Mahesh The symptoms of chronic joint pains, sicca symptoms and breathing difficulty can be seen in rheumatological conditions such as Sjogrens disease or rheumatoid arthritis . It needs physical examination and testing by a qualified rheumatologist. Based on the examination findings ,appropriate blood investigations such as ANA-IF, CRP, Anti CCP etc will be ordered to confirm the diagnosis. If needed chest imaging can also be done. Do consult a rheumatologist at the earliest
Next Steps
