Breathing problemasthma
I am working in a thermal power plant and exposed to dust .there will be slight breathing problem in summer but in winter the breathing problem increases and the entire nostrils and along with chest get blocked.kindly suggest me ways to avoid this.

You symptoms seems to because of allergy. Take precaution to prevent exposure to allergen. Use mask at work place. Use maxiflo rotacaps properly. Discuss with your doctor plan abt wht to do whn you start feeling dat ur symptom are increasing. Discuss with him about plan for vaccination with influenza virus vaccine
