Breathing problem in unknown area

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I have felt a breathing problem in an unknown area, I do feel breatheless and hopping my lungs out & suffocate in searchbof oxygen. After a few moments, I feel okay. What shall be the reason? I have done my ECG/Echo & its all okay and within normal range
