I was attacked by Dyspnea at age of 13 and it was due to depression/stress caused by education pressures. I was given medication which used to give me a good amount of sleep and after that I became free of Dyspnea. Now I am 27 age again suffering from Dyspnea due to stress in lifeWhat kind of medicine shall I follow?

Hi, usually depression will not cause dyspnoea. It looks like asthmatic attack or due to any allergy. If you are allergic to something try to avoid those things. Take healthy diet, do regular exercises. Go for chest xray once. Consult general physician for furthur evaluation and treatment.
