It is respiratory tract infection. Start Tab. AUGMENTIN 625 mg 1-0-1,Tab.Dynapar 1-1-1, Syp. Grilinctus 10ml-10ml-10ml, Have lots of lukewarm water, have hot beverages like tea and coffee, Complete bed rest is compulsory.

There isn't sufficient information to reach a specific diagnosis. I would advise you to visit the ER so you can be evaluated and undergo investigations such as CBC, etc to find the underlying cause and have it treated accordingly.
