  3. Breathing problem. Of fatty liver?

I had fatty liver grade 2 I just want to know that i feel breathing problem , while sleeping or bending forward and while waking up is it because of fatty liver?? But during the day while walking its not paining but when i sit and slightly move in sitting position its paining and pain occurs at right side above the waist of the body please kindly help me...!!!
