I am dioganised for "Beta Thalasamia- thalasamia treelingeat" and my age is 60 yrs. Now a days I am feeling tremendous tiredness, and also feels "shortage of Oxygen"

beta thalessemia "trait" can never cause extreme tiredness until your hemoglobin levels are too low, which dont occur in trait(only in beta thalessemia major) whats your current hemoglobin level..? your symptoms might be unrelated to beta thalessemia and related to some undiagnosed cardiac ,
