Breathing problem
I am diagonosed with high bp last 8month and on medication. Now some time I feel serious shortness of breath and some sensation in my head .. really get anxious in that time .. is this anxiety attack? I find my symptoms in internet every time. I feel I will die. Please help

Hi. I understand your concern s. First thing is to stop putting your symptoms on internet you will go mad if you do that. Follow up with treating physician nd explain your symptoms you should be able to get an answer.

Please check your blood pressure regulary and keep it under control. Please get an ECG and Chest Xray and comsult a physican. Your symptoms could be due to anxiety attack however you need through evaluation before calling it that. It is advisable not to follow the internet as it will cause more anxiety . It is best to consult a doctor/ pychiatrist who can treat you properly.

Whether your bp is controlled or lu not.relaxation is required  anxiolytic may be helpful
