  3. Breathing problem. To get to be normal?

Breathing problem
I am 76. Today I started feeling hard breathing, walking problem & so on. Checked random sugar 7 bp. Sugar as 141, BP was 135/75. But Pulse was 97. May I know the reason & the remedy. It took about two hours to get to be normal
