Hello I did steam therapy effectively and due to that my mucus got dried completely. I am also doing kapalbathi and pranayama. Does loss of mucus leads to any problems.. No mucus in nose..

Plz share your concern how since ur facing it, what are past and currently illnesses n what medicine u r taking for the same. What does steam therapy means is it steam inhalation
