Dear Sir, I am a male of 39 years with a huge weight of 110 kgs I reside at Delhi, but for some official work i have been deputed to a place 45 kms away from Shimla, here i am feeling breathing problem that is i feel that my breath is not complete and i also feel that my heart beat is faster, even when i am sitting in relaxed mode,please advice, thank you

It can be due to high altitude, oxygen concentration will be low in high altitude. Because of your weight oxygen requirement will be more, both together has let to shortness of breath.

you need to supplement with oxygen and consult a doctor for further examination.
