Breathing problem and boday pains
Respected doctor, Since last four days,I have severe chest pain and breathing prob.This is more during night time.along with this I have body pains too.i feel tired but still can't sleep.I experience heart palpitations during night.I don't feel so hungry too and feel Low on energy and feelings.only 40mins that I exercise I feel good on myself rest of the time I feel lost.i feel like sharing or talking a lot but don't feel like opening my mouth too may be because I am feeling bad about myslef unknowingly in my subconscious mind. I'm not sure what Symptoms are all these . But please guide me/suggest something to get rid of this. Thanks in advance !!

It is anxiety,worry because of covid pandemic.do mental relaxation excersizes,yoga.
