A dr recommemded me have blood test for the same so i did it the reports are TSH ( ultra sensitive ) serum by CMIA - 2.22 Ref in first trimester of pregnancy suggested antithyroid ab testing if TSH. is between 2.5 TO 5.0

Though your question is not very clear I think you would like to know about hypothyroidism. Your reports of TSH seems to be within normal limits. You need to take any other tests as normal TSH basically means normal thyroid function
