Breathing issues and chest pain

Asked for Female, 16 Years

I feel a lump in the middle of my chest,and it pains when i press it, i have also been facing breathing issues and chest pain, i also catch cold in regular intervals, i have been noticing this since 2 months. Yesterday i also felt warmth inside my stomach , which was very severe, i was not able to sleep. Please enlighten me with what am i facing?
