  4. Breathing issue intermittently 3 days.

Breathing issue intermittently 3 days
Feeling breathless sometimes since 3 days.it goes and come back. Also have difficulty in sleep. Not able to sleep more. Wake up after 3,4 hours of sleep at night. Also feeling tired and weak. Oxygen saturation was 97-98 sometimes BPM 135 shown. Little phlegm comes in throat especially in the morning. What could be the reason? No fever No Cough
