Nose block,, Allergic Rhinitis and Adenoids need to be ruled out,, Tab montair LC kid Hs x 1 month,, Remmune AL sachet once perday x 1 month,, syp Extammune 6 ml twice perday x 1 month, Otrinoz ped nose drop 2 drops B/L twice perday x days
