I have suffered from tuberculosis in the year 2008 and I have completely recovered from it after my successful treatment. After recovering am gradually increasing my weight
And from last one year am getting tired for little work and am breathing heavily

I understand your feeling.
Congratulations for completing the tuberculosis treatment because to most of them it is a task. Coming to weakness and hard to breath this need to be evaluated by doctor. Kindly have a follow-up with the same doctor who had treated you for tuberculosis. You need to get archers x Ray done before that.
