My father has an asthmatic problem due to which he is not able to breathe properly these days and the voice has also changed 3 days back looks like there is cough conjection but don't have any cough issue... Any suggestions or pls tell us where can we meet you so that you can check him and give him proper medication.. Also pls find the attached summary sheet... Awaiting your response...
