Even after walking I feel short of breath .I am unable to do any physical task. My hearts beat very rapidly

hello first respiratory disorders like asthma and cardiac causes should be ruled out practice breathing exercise and get a spirometry done conault pulmonologist and physician for further evaluation and treatment.
