Breath issues In AC environment

Have a breath issues when I stay in AC environment.. When I consulted doctor last time they said it needs surgery since extra bone has grown up.So is it the only way to get of this

Intermittent Nasal obstruction aggravated by air conditioning is likely to be related to allergy and usually for allergies surgery is not usually done. You may need to take anti Histamine tablets and steroid nasal sprays for few months to year for long term benefits
