She is 5 days old and is being fed almost every two-three hours. But there is no poop in the diaper. Urine production is also very less. Diaper is dry for more than 3 hrs now

If weight gain is adequate, atleast 30grams per day, pees 6 to 8 times per day, and sleeps for atleast 2hours after a feed, then feeding is adequate.
