Dear Doctor, I am a 24 year old woman with heavy breast 36 DD and for the past few months I have been having recurring mild tenderness in left breast with pulled nerve type pain in arm shoulder blade and neck as well. I thought this is hormonal varying with my menstrual cycle. The pain has not increased, neither are there any changes in breast or nipple. My Left breast is slightly bigger than right and feels heavier and has sagged a bit more. Is it normal?
