From last three days I am getting pain in at the middle point of both breast... If anything touch means lot of pain is there.. please suggest me what to do..

HELLO, TABLET DOLO650 HALF OR ONE TABLET THREE TIMES A DAY OR AS REQUIRED . IT'S DUE TO SOME DISABLENS OR EXCESSIVE SECRETION OR HANDLING OF BREAST OR ITCHING CONTINUED. O.K, BYE.
