Hi. I'm 18 years old and my breast have not yet started growing. I have a good diet but still can't see a growth. Any simple exercise or food for such issue so that my growth starts.

Breast development is hormone dependent.. sometimes heriditory also.... What about the other secondary sexual characteristics... Is everything else is normal... Probably you need to get ur harmones tested..
