Breast abscess
My mother83 yrs diabetic has a breast anscess beneath the nipple which is like a open wound can see pus inside little bit drop on clothes no pain got fnac test a done no atypical cells found dvised biopsy for ruling out nipples not taking inverted taking antubiotics but not healing should we consider a genral surrgeon for draining the pus or just keep it open after uding betadine
Very much worried her dugar levrl was 310 also

Infection like tuberculosis to be considered.pus to be sent for gene xpert plus test ,pl consult a pulmonologist
